Lada Bočková will join the celebrations of the Year of Czech Music in Suk Hall
Lada Bočková will join the celebrations of the Year of Czech Music in Suk Hall. A song recital by soprano Lady Bočková will take place under the banner of the Czech Association for Chamber Music. The artist, who has successfully established herself on the Prague musical scene, will perform together with the “singing pianist” Ahmad Hedar in the Suk Hall of the Rudolfinum. The concert on April 16 is sold out. link
The Prague Symphony Orchestra will play Mahler’s Fourth Symphony with Lada Bočková
On March 6 and 7, 2024, Lada will perform with the Prague Symphony Orchestra in the Municipal House. She will sing soprano solo in the fourth movement of Mahler’s 4th Symphony under the baton of Petr Altrichter.

Christmas concert in Malta
Lada will join Joseph Calleja and Andrea Bocelli for an unforgettable concert experience in Malta this November. The concert will take place on the 25th November 2023 at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre Ta’ Qali.

Soprano Lada Bočková is one of the most outstanding talents of the young Czech singing generation. In the current season, she is performing as Pamina (Die Zauberflöte) at the Estates Theatre and as Gretel (Hänsel und Gretel) at the Prague State Opera. She also stars as Elena in a new production of Nino Rota’s Il cappello di paglia di Firenze at the Antonín Dvořák Theatre. After previously debuting as Violetta in La traviata at the Teatro Lirico Sperimentale and touring theatres across Umbria, she recently reprised the role at the Moravian Theatre in Olomouc. She also made her debut at the J.K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen as Carolina in The Two Widows.
As part of her concert activities in the current and previous seasons, she performed in three major concerts featuring Webber’s Requiem and Mahler’s Symphony No. 4 with the Prague Symphony Orchestra (FOK). This May, she will once again sing the soprano solo in Mahler’s Fourth Symphony with the Slovak Philharmonic under the baton of Daniel Raiskin. She also appeared with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra alongside Andrea Bocelli in a major Christmas concert in Malta. She made her U.S. debut performing in concert with Joseph Calleja at BroadStage in California. In 2024, she gave a recital dedicated to Czech composers in the Suk Hall of the Rudolfinum, as part of the Czech Philharmonic’s chamber music series.
